1. Overview
Welcome to ENVIMIX project ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ENVIMIX is a community-driven platform for Trackmania players that provides record tracking and leaderboards.
2. What We Provide
2.1 Record Tracking
We provide a system for tracking and displaying player records across different ManiaPlanet environments and vehicles.
2.2 Leaderboards
We maintain leaderboards and rankings for players across various maps, cars, and gamemodes within the ENVIMIX ecosystem.
2.3 Title Pack Downloads
We provide access to download ENVIMIX title packs and related content for ManiaPlanet and Trackmania (2020).
2.4 Server Integration
We offer API services to submit records and integrate with our tracking system.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
User accounts can be managed through identity.gbx.tools. By authenticating on envimix.gbx.tools, you also agree to the terms and policies of the identity service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Track and view your ENVIMIX records
- Download official ENVIMIX title packs
- Access leaderboards and community features
- Integrate your dedicated servers with our API (subject to approval)
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Submit fake, manipulated, or cheated records
- Attempt to circumvent or abuse our systems
- Use automated tools to spam our API or services
- Impersonate other players or provide false information
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
5. Content and Records
5.1 Record Submission
By submitting records to our service, you confirm that they are legitimate and achieved through fair play.
5.2 Verification
We reserve the right to verify, review, and remove records that appear suspicious or violate fair play principles.
5.3 Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all record data. Records are provided "as is."
6. Server Registration and API Use
Dedicated server operators may register their servers to submit records. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke server access at our discretion.
API usage must comply with rate limits and acceptable use policies. Abuse of the API may result in service suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
The ENVIMIX title packs and associated content are created by the community. Trackmania and ManiaPlanet are trademarks of their respective owners.
Our service interface, API, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Service Availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, records, or service interruptions.
10. Community Standards
We aim to maintain a welcoming community environment. Users who engage in harassment, toxic behavior, or other conduct detrimental to the community may be suspended or banned.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though historical record data may be retained for leaderboard integrity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
