1. Overview

ENVIMIX project ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a community-driven platform for TrackMania and ManiaPlanet players that provides record tracking, leaderboards, registered-server and session information, and title pack distribution services.

The Service is part of the gbx.tools ecosystem and relies on identity.gbx.tools for user authentication and identity management. We do not operate our own account system and do not store credentials.

2. Authentication and Data Access

When you sign in on envimix.gbx.tools, we use a secure, shared authentication cookie issued by identity.gbx.tools to verify your identity. This cookie is essential and we may use it to request additional data from the identity manager as needed to provide functionality.

All identity-related data processing, including OAuth provider data, cookies, and account management, is governed by the identity.gbx.tools Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Store

3.1 Player Data

To provide record tracking and leaderboard services, we store limited data received from identity.gbx.tools:

User ID (for account association)
ManiaPlanet login, nickname, zone, avatar URL, language, profile description, colour, Steam user ID, and game profile statistics made available to the Service
Discord account ID, username, nickname, and avatar information when linked to the Service
Account creation, update, authorization-interest, and moderation status information

3.2 Game Records

When you play on registered servers or submit records, we store:

Race times, scores, respawns, lap count, gravity setting, and checkpoint data
Map, campaign, title pack, author, vehicle, and medal information
Ghost data for verification
Gameplay, submission, session, and source-server timestamps and identifiers
Record status and history, including validation, world-record, removal, and restoration status

3.3 Server Data

For registered dedicated servers, we maintain:

Server login, display name, registration time, deletion status, and moderation status
The account that registered a server and the server's session, mode, map, title, start, expiry, and end information

3.4 Service Operation Data

We store title pack versions, downloadable map and title pack data, and identifiers for Discord messages created by the Service so that those messages can be managed when appropriate.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

Maintain leaderboards and player rankings
Verify record authenticity and prevent cheating
Enable server integration and API services
Improve service performance and user experience
Ensure fair play and community standards
Administer server registration, session operation, record moderation, and title pack access

5. Data Sharing

We may share data in the following circumstances:

Publicly displaying leaderboards, validators, player profiles, records, record status, map and title information, registered servers, and sessions
Publishing Envimix Turbo validation, world-record, record-removal, and record-restoration notices through Discord webhooks; these notices may include player, map, vehicle, record time, and event-time information
When required by law or to protect our rights
With your explicit consent

Player records, leaderboard data, and related server and session information are publicly visible as part of the competitive gaming experience. Discord processes webhook content under its own policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Deleting your account through identity.gbx.tools will restrict your access to the Service, but some game-related data will continue being stored to maintain leaderboard integrity. This includes:

Historical records, race times, ghost data, checkpoints, and record status history
User ID from identity manager (anonymized reference)
ManiaPlanet login, nickname, zone, and other public profile data used for record attribution
Server registration and session data, including its association with the registering account (if applicable)
Discord message identifiers required to manage published notices

After account deletion, you cannot manage this data until creating a new account that can associate to this data. You have the right to request complete data deletion or remove server integrations by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission
Secure storage of authentication tokens and sensitive data
Regular security monitoring and updates
Access controls and API rate limiting
