ENVIMIX project ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a community-driven platform for TrackMania and ManiaPlanet players that provides record tracking, leaderboards, and title pack distribution services.

The Service is part of the gbx.tools ecosystem and relies on identity.gbx.tools for user authentication and identity management. We do not operate our own account system and do not store credentials.

2. Authentication and Data Access

When you sign in on envimix.gbx.tools, we use a secure, shared authentication cookie issued by identity.gbx.tools to verify your identity. This cookie is essential and we may use it to request additional data from the identity manager as needed to provide functionality.

All identity-related data processing, including OAuth provider data, cookies, and account management, is governed by the identity.gbx.tools Privacy Policy.

To provide record tracking and leaderboard services, we store limited data received from identity.gbx.tools:

User ID (for account association)
ManiaPlanet login, nickname, and zone information
Dedicated server logins (for server operators)

When you play on registered servers or submit records, we store:

Race times, scores, and checkpoint data
Map information and title pack details
Vehicle/car used for the record
Ghost data for verification

3.3 Server Data

For registered dedicated servers, we maintain:

Server login and authentication tokens
Server configuration and settings

Maintain leaderboards and player rankings
Verify record authenticity and prevent cheating

Player records and leaderboard data are publicly visible as part of the competitive gaming experience.

Deleting your account through identity.gbx.tools will restrict your access to the Service, but some game-related data will continue being stored to maintain leaderboard integrity. This includes:

Historical records and race times
User ID from identity manager (anonymized reference)
ManiaPlanet login, nickname, and zone (for record attribution)
Server registration data (if applicable)

After account deletion, you cannot manage this data until creating a new account that can associate to this data. You have the right to request complete data deletion or remove server integrations by contacting us.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission
Secure storage of authentication tokens and sensitive data
Regular security monitoring and updates
Access controls and API rate limiting
